Welcome to Full Plate Living
You are invited to join the Full Plate Living Healthy Lifestyle Program starting on Monday 21 September 2026, 8pm. This eight-week series will be facilitated by Dr Nomsa Maphango and hosted by Southampton SDA Church and the South England Conference Health Ministries Department.
This eight-week small group programme, created by the nonprofit Ardmore Institute of Health, is designed to empower community members to make sustainable changes towards healthier eating habits and improve their overall well-being.
The clinically reviewed Full Plate Living Program focuses on incorporating more whole, unprocessed foods into participants' diets, leading to numerous potential health benefits, including increased energy, improved focus, weight loss, greater confidence, and a longer, healthier life.
Participants will meet weekly to explore lessons on healthier eating, share experiences, and support each other in making positive changes. The programme is highly customizable to accommodate individual food preferences and allergies.
